Fitness level
You don’t need to be an elite athlete to take part in one of our tours. But you DO need to have a good level of fitness to get the most of your tour. You will be required to swim (with your mask and fins on of course) reasonable distances (+/- 100metres) sometimes in a choppy sea. This may happen multiple times in a day, so you should start a program of walking or regular swimming to ensure you are ready to get the most out of this trip of a lifetime!
